RAVEN’S WORLD SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order and create your item(s). An email will be sent to let you know your order is on the way! 

SHIPPING TIMES: Transit time averages 2-6 business days within the contiguous United States.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

**Transit times are not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Minimum charge is $4.97 per order, depending on the product(s) ordered.

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

**Because we use several different manufacturing partners to produce our products, orders of multiple items may come in multiple packages and may arrive at different times. Please do not be alarmed if you receive a package that only includes part of your order!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business, where every item is made after it is ordered, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days at ravensworld@olypen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please check our RETURN POLICY page for more details.
